Battersea Power Station Phase 2
Nine Elms, London, SW11
A conversion of the Grade 2 listed iconic residential building. The power station includes approximately 100 retail units and a 2,000 capacity events venue. There’s 500,000 ft² of office space which is home to Apple’s new London Campus, 253 homes, an energy centre and a 6 acre riverside park.

Mayfair, London W1
The construction of a super prime luxury residential development. A total of 18 lateral and duplex apartments located next door to the 45 Park Lane Hotel, adjacent to the Dorchester Hotel and with views over Hyde Park. It was designed to set a new benchmark for service and privileged living. The project was a logistically challenging central London project with a retained listed façade.

Mayfair Park Residences
St Pancras Chambers
St Pancras, London NW1
A prestigious and complex project for the Manhattan Loft Corporation involving the refurbishment and conversion of the existing Grade 1 listed St Pancras Chambers building into Residential and a 5 Star Hotel. This project also included the newly built West Wing Hotel.

KOKO
(Camden Palace)
Camden, London NW1
The restoration of an iconic Grade 2 listed events space and theatre for Oliver Bengough / KOKO. The project also included fire reinstatement works.

Victoria, London, SW1
The restoration of Frank Matcham’s Victoria Palace Theatre, a Grade II listed 1,557 capacity venue in Victoria under the ownership of Sir Cameron Macintosh. The theatre was restored and reopened in 2017 for the still-running Broadway musical Hamilton.
