We have extensive experience in the negotiation of contract sums and production of contract documents. It is our endeavour to bring the contracting parties together in an amicable manner with risk apportioned fairly and appropriately.

Contracts

Opal Consult offers to procure and manage all trades associated with all aspects of clients’ projects. Managing budgets, programmes and co-ordinating interactions between each of them. This includes groundworks, substructure, shell & core, fit out, roofing, internal refurbishment, mechanical & electrical services, as well as hard & soft landscaping. We will handle the selection of appropriate contractors / trades, interviewing them and taking part in the pre-qualification and shortlisting process. Our aim; to achieve best market value through competitive tendering processes.
